Account Manager (AdTech)

Location: New York, NY (On-site, 5 days/week)

Salary: $100,000 – $180,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive brand and creator strategies to maximize campaign performance.
• Analyze advertising data to extract actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creator relations, and product teams to ensure campaign success.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and performance reporting.
• Stay current with digital advertising trends and the creator economy to inform strategy development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, client success, or campaign strategy.
• Proven track record of growing key advertising accounts and managing multiple live campaigns simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of the influencer space, YouTube advertising, and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting on performance data and presenting insights.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York, 5 days per week.
• Passion for AI and experience incorporating AI/LLM tools into daily workflows.
