HR Systems Associate - Workday (Workday/Core HCM): Supporting business-as-usual HR systems operations through Workday ticket resolution, functional testing, configuration support, and integration monitoring with an accent on troubleshooting, documentation, and release management. Focus on identifying root causes in Workday configurations, validating semi-annual releases, and coordinating integration issues with internal teams.
Location: Bangalore or London
What you will do
- Handle day-to-day Workday Core HCM support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform functional testing of Workday updates, new features, and system enhancements.
- Assist with configuring and implementing new modules and changes to existing Workday processes.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues, identify root causes, and resolve problems.
- Monitor integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, internal systems, and third-party systems, coordinating with the Integrations team on issues.
- Prepare process maps, test documentation, user procedures, training materials, and release-impact communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, computer science, or information technology.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM.
- Knowledge of Workday design, structure, functionality, and business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while handling confidential information with high ethical standards.
