Associate – HR Operations

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The role is onsite and operates on rotational shifts supporting operations across Europe and the Americas.

What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 HR support through chat, email, and ticketing systems.
• Answer employee questions about HR policies, benefits, payroll, and time off.
• Triage complex cases to Tier 2 or subject-matter expert teams and follow up on open cases.
• Process Workday transactions for hires, job changes, terminations, and transfers.
• Maintain employee data, documentation, onboarding, and offboarding records.
• Support audits, data integrity checks, compliance, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• 6 months–2 years of experience in HR support and a degree in any discipline.
• Excellent English communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
• Hands-on Workday experience with transactions and business processes.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing systems and basic Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and process orientation.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts supporting Europe and the Americas.
