Employee Services Specialist (US Shift)

Location: Bangalore, Whitefield, India. Work is performed on a US shift from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM or 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM. Relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Respond to internal employee inquiries and requests covering HR processes, Workday, policies, benefits, payroll, learning platforms, stocks, and immigration cases.
• Provide accurate, timely, and reliable information while resolving requests efficiently.
• Support US mobility and immigration processes.
• Consult with the team and supervisor on complex cases and escalate issues when necessary.
• Participate in process improvements that increase HR customer service efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, professionalism, and data protection standards.

Requirements

• Full proficiency in English is required.
• 2–4 years of experience, with strictly no more than 5 years.
• Experience working in customer service.
• Experience supporting a US, UK, Australian, or Canadian job shift is mandatory.
• Technical knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow, plus basic Excel skills for reporting and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
