What you will do

• Design and govern the ServiceNow platform for cyber resilience, IT automation, and cloud-first operations.
• Establish technical standards, development methodologies, CI/CD practices, and upgradeable platform architecture.
• Lead complex integrations between ServiceNow, ERP, HR, security, monitoring, data protection, and proprietary systems.
• Guide internal development teams and external implementation partners against approved architectural blueprints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent education and experience.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in ServiceNow design and architecture within large enterprises.
• Experience in cloud or hybrid IT environments and with security, monitoring, data protection, and data resilience integrations.
• Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, multi-instance strategies, tenant separation, and CSDM.
• Advanced JavaScript and REST/SOAP API skills; expert proficiency in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL v4 Foundation certifications are required.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CIS certifications in at least three of ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, or HRSD.
