Managed Services Presales Architect (NetApp)

Location: United States; hybrid working environment with some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Salary: USD 170,000–253,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

• Serve as a Managed Services subject matter expert for sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead technical discovery, infrastructure assessments, and operational readiness evaluations.
• Design end-to-end Managed Services architectures covering storage, cloud, monitoring, automation, security, and operations.
• Develop transition strategies for customers moving from self-managed environments or incumbent providers.
• Define security, access, connectivity, monitoring, tooling, and service integration requirements.
• Support proposals, pricing, customer presentations, and transition from sales to delivery.

Requirements

• ITIL v4 certification and practical experience with ITIL-based service management.
• Deep expertise in hirify.global technologies including ONTAP, StorageGRID, SnapCenter, Keystone, and BlueXP.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Experience with customer discovery, operational assessments, ITSM platforms, monitoring tools, and service integration frameworks.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, remote management, access controls, compliance, data protection, disaster recovery, or cyber resilience.
• Minimum of 12 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in Managed Services architecture, consulting, or enterprise delivery.
• TOGAF or a similar architecture certification.
• Experience transitioning customers from self-managed environments or third-party managed service providers.
