Senior Solution Architect (SaaS)

Location: Remote - NOAM

Salary: $123,318–$150,000 annual base salary, plus an annual target bonus

What you will do

• Lead or support implementation of packaged offerings across multiple ATS/CRM product lines.
• Lead client-facing technical requirements-gathering sessions with sales engineers.
• Analyze client business processes, needs, and strategies and document functional requirements.
• Design and validate technology solutions that address client business problems within available capabilities.
• Coordinate between clients, business units, technology, QA, support, and development teams.
• Oversee data-gathering activities to support comprehensive and accurate data transfer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience defining and executing enterprise software projects.
• Experience establishing a technical vision for complex enterprise projects.
• Experience with web technologies, languages, and frameworks including SOAP, REST, Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong verbal, written, organizational, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a Software as a Service environment.
• Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture and reusable components.
