Salary: $123,318 - $150,000

What you will do

• Lead client-facing technical requirements gathering sessions in collaboration with sales engineers.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology, QA, and support teams.
• Analyze client business processes to document and validate required functionality.
• Ensure accurate data transfer and solution alignment with hirify.global capabilities.
• Manage client expectations while providing expert technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in defining and executing enterprise software projects.
• Proven experience establishing technical vision for complex enterprise initiatives.
• Proficiency with web technologies including SOAP, REST, Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for client-facing communication.
• Must be based in North America (NOAM).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience working in a SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and reusable components.
