Senior AI Solutions Engineer for Finance

What you will do

• Design and implement AI solutions for real-world business problems in Finance.
• Collaborate with Finance domain experts to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, build, and operate AI agent workflows and integrations for scalable Finance operations.
• Work with the cross-functional AI engineering team and central AI infrastructure engineers on robust solutions.
• Shape the roadmap for AI adoption in Finance and drive projects toward measurable business value.

Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering and integration engineering.
• Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools and building AI-driven workflows in production.
• Business understanding and experience in a business-facing role.
• Solution-oriented, outcome-driven, hands-on, and curious approach to complex business processes.
• Fluent English communication required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Finance technology, including ERP, financial reporting, and expense management tools.
• Production experience with LLM APIs such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini.
• Knowledge of finance data structures, including charts of accounts, cost centres, budgets, and reporting hierarchies.
• Experience with BigQuery or similar data platforms.
