TL;DR
AI Product Engineer (Python/.NET): Building AI-driven product features for accountants, businesses, and entrepreneurs with an accent on agentic AI, tool use, orchestration, and end-to-end product integration. Focus on taking experiments into production, designing APIs and MCP-based capabilities, integrating AI with .NET backends and front ends, and maintaining runtime performance and quality.
Location: Hybrid work from the Antwerp or Barcelona offices; offices are also available in Porto.

What you will do
- Take AI-driven feature ideas from prototypes to production and evaluate which experiments should be discontinued.
- Build agentic AI capabilities using agent frameworks, tool use, orchestration, and MCP-based integrations.
- Own APIs, model serving, runtime performance, latency, and first-line response to production quality regressions.
- Develop features end to end across the AI layer, .NET backend integration, and front end.
- Identify AI use cases and shape the roadmap together with Product and Design.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building and operating commercial software used by paying customers, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Production experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, tool use, and orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Python and C#/.NET, solid API design, and full-stack development.
- Product-oriented approach and ability to collaborate with Product and Design.
- Fluent English is required.
- This is a software engineering role focused on AI, rather than a data science or data engineering position.

- Experience with Databricks, MLflow, vector search, MLOps tooling, or MCP development.
