AI Coach (Software Engineering & AI Adoption)

What you will do

• Drive the adoption of AI tools and AI-enabled development practices across software engineering teams.
• Coach engineers, technical teams, and leaders on GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement valuable AI use cases across the software development lifecycle.
• Define standards for AI-generated code quality, testing, documentation, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to governance frameworks covering human oversight, prompt engineering, secure coding, and responsible AI use.
• Design and deliver workshops, training programs, learning materials, and communities of practice to support organizational change.

Requirements

• Strong coaching, mentoring, facilitation, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and change-management skills.
• Experience in software engineering, software architecture, technical leadership, software development, or software delivery.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, test automation, code reviews, software quality, security, and engineering governance.
• Extensive experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development.
• Strong understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, AI agents, and agentic workflows.
• Professional written and spoken English and French are required, including the ability to facilitate workshops and training in both languages.

Nice to have

• Experience leading developer productivity initiatives or enterprise-wide AI adoption programs.
• Experience building communities of practice and internal training programs.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI and secure AI implementation frameworks.
