AI Software Engineer

What you will do

• Research, prototype, and productionize AI features for document, workflow, and conversational tasks.
• Apply and integrate LLMs, vision models, and document-understanding technologies into the platform.
• Develop AI-driven features including document extraction, matching flows, quality checks, chatbots, and automated bookings.
• Deploy, monitor, maintain, and improve production AI systems for quality, scalability, observability, cost, latency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and domain experts to turn logistics challenges into practical AI solutions.
• Contribute to the long-term AI strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in software engineering, applied AI, or a similar technical role.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python and/or modern backend languages.
• Experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain or LangGraph, vector databases, and inference tooling.
• Experience deploying and operating AI/ML systems in production.
• Ability to experiment quickly, validate assumptions, solve problems autonomously, and collaborate clearly with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with document processing, NLP, or conversational AI.
