AV Production Coordinator & Content Creator (Video Production)

Location: Onsite up to five days a week at the Denver Experience Center in Denver, Colorado, US, supporting East Coast time zones.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Run up to six 45-minute live virtual product tours per day, including pre-show checks, room resets, and backup procedures.
• Operate multi-camera switching, audio, lighting, streaming, and studio equipment.
• Host tours on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet when the main presenter is unavailable.
• Answer common product questions during tours and coordinate handoffs to sales or product partners.
• Shoot and edit short training and product videos for LinkedIn and other web and social channels.
• Coordinate tour schedules and content requests with sales and marketing, and occasionally support tour centers in San Jose and Oslo.

Requirements

• Some hands-on experience with live video, streaming, or studio production through an internship, campus role, freelance work, or employment.
• Comfort presenting on camera and using a microphone while remaining composed during technical issues.
• Working knowledge of a video editing tool.
• Basic understanding of lighting, audio, and camera setup.
• Familiarity with streaming software such as OBS or vMix, or the ability to learn it quickly.
• Reliable onsite availability five days a week on an East Coast-facing schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zoom Webinars, Microsoft Teams, OBS Studio, vMix, or Bitfocus Companion.
• Experience presenting to a business audience.
• Interest in or exposure to technology products.
• Understanding of effective social media video content.
