What you will do

• Produce, script, and edit high-quality business news videos in collaboration with reporters.
• Support video production by editing and shooting in studio and in the field.
• Operate DSLR and cinema cameras to film short- and long-form content with CNBC talent.
• Deliver content on tight deadlines and incorporate feedback from senior producers, editors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure editorial accuracy and adherence to CNBC standards.
• Write headlines and descriptions and optimize video content for distribution across horizontal and vertical platforms.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in digital video production, including shooting, editing, lighting, and scripting.
• Proficiency with cinema cameras and/or DSLR systems (Sony, Canon, Panasonic) and Adobe Premiere.
• Script and/or voice-over writing experience.
• Understanding of multimedia storytelling and online publishing systems.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport 40 lbs of production equipment; portfolio/work samples required.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Experience shooting with drones.
