What you will do

• Partner with podcast teams to develop and launch new video-first shows, providing creative consultation and execution.
• Edit and produce longform video episodes for YouTube, ensuring high production value and dynamic pacing.
• Create platform-native shortform content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Design scalable visual elements, including motion graphics, captions, and lower-thirds.
• Manage and mentor freelance editors and designers to maintain brand consistency and quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial and audience development teams to meet performance goals.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in digital video production for social and streaming platforms.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere; proficiency in After Effects or similar tools is a plus.
• Proven track record of producing longform and shortform talk-based or interview-driven content.
• Experience managing freelancers and providing clear creative direction.
• Strong editorial instincts and scriptwriting ability for host-driven formats.
• Deep understanding of video ecosystem performance on YouTube, TikTok, and Reels.
