Facility Technician (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Thailand – Navanakorn, Pathum Thani

What you will do

• Operate, monitor, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility equipment, infrastructure, and utility systems.
• Perform preventive, corrective, breakdown, and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Maintain workplace and production-environment conditions in line with manufacturing specifications and safety standards.
• Record inspections, maintenance activities, equipment performance, and corrective actions in CMMS and related documentation.
• Support energy conservation initiatives and the company’s Energy Management System.
• Participate in assigned emergency response, first aid, rescue, and factory safety activities while collaborating with engineers, contractors, supervisors, and other departments.

Requirements

• Higher Vocational Certificate or higher qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical or engineering field.
• At least 5 years of facilities operation and maintenance experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.
• Knowledge of facility equipment, utility systems, environmental controls, preventive-maintenance systems, CMMS, and energy-conservation programs.
• Ability to identify abnormalities, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform maintenance safely while following occupational health and safety requirements.
• Good communication, teamwork, documentation, computer, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and responsible approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with cleanroom systems, pretreatment, reverse osmosis and deionized water systems, clean dry air systems, ESD control, electrical power distribution, building automation systems, and utility infrastructure.
• Experience supporting emergency response, first aid, or rescue activities in a factory environment.
