Facilities Maintenance Technician (Fusion Energy)

Location: On-site at the headquarters in Denver, Colorado, United States

Salary: $30–$37 per hour

What you will do

• Perform hands-on maintenance, installation, and repairs for facility systems, equipment, and electrical infrastructure.
• Provide mechanical and electrical support for the facility and capital equipment.
• Plan and carry out preventive, corrective, and unplanned maintenance across an approximately 80,000-square-foot facility.
• Source, order, and verify receipt of project materials.
• Coordinate with contractors supporting electrical, HVAC, security, fire suppression, compressors, backflows, and mobile equipment.
• Support overhead crane inspections at heights of up to 60 feet and operate forklifts as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of industrial facility infrastructure and maintenance.
• Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with OSHA 10/30 industrial safety standards.
• Experience operating forklifts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and lift or move up to 50 pounds unassisted for extended periods.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, current U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted U.S. refugee or asylee.
