2nd Shift Facilities Technician II

Location: Beverly, United States; on-site, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Salary: $57,900–$99,800 per year

What you will do

• Conduct daily facilities rounds and inspect facility and equipment conditions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs on facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain and update work within a CMMS system and support asset management activities.
• Support fab and engineering operations in a clean room semiconductor environment.
• Assist with LSGA and Kaizen events.
• Respond to weekend, on-call, and off-hours requests when needed.

Requirements

• Four to five years of facilities experience or experience and licensing in an associated trade.
• Industrial Grade 1 wastewater license required, or certification must be completed within six months of hire.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance or HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or another related trade.
• Experience with CMMS, asset management, Microsoft Office, hand tools, ladders, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, communication, attention to detail, and safety skills.
• Ability to work in a clean room semiconductor environment and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with HVAC air handlers and rooftop units, exhaust fans, chillers, cooling loops, boilers, humidifiers, and dehumidifiers.
• Experience with high-purity N2, O2, and H2 gas systems, DI water systems, and wastewater systems.
