Solution Architect (AI)

Location: On-site in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States

Base salary: $95,000–$160,000 annually, plus uncapped commission and equity.

What you will do

• Advise enterprise customers evaluating hirify.global and lead technical discussions with engineering leaders, CTOs, CIOs, and technical teams.
• Demonstrate the platform, run proofs-of-concept, and communicate measurable business impact.
• Help customers integrate hirify.global with existing development environments, cloud infrastructure, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and developer workflows.
• Own complex enterprise sales cycles from inbound qualification through proof-of-concept and contract close.
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and drive post-sale adoption and expansion across teams and products.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and AI Engineering.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.
• Experience with enterprise customers or complex technical environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products.
• Background in enterprise SaaS, developer tooling, or engineering workflow modernization.
• Previous experience at Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or an enterprise consultancy.
