Junior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Cards & Credit features.
• Conduct user research, analyse customer feedback, and turn insights into recommendations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations to deliver features.
• Monitor product KPIs and prepare weekly performance dashboards.
• Support go-to-market planning and coordinate cross-functional product launches.
• Track stablecoin, fintech, and credit market trends.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in fintech, crypto, or emerging-market financial services.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with card issuing, credit products, or payments platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• SQL experience.
