What you will do

• Define and lead the global product strategy across trading, payments, cards, earn, wealth, and institutional products.
• Build an integrated product ecosystem and unified user experience across business lines.
• Lead growth product strategy covering acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, experimentation, and lifecycle optimization.
• Drive AI adoption through trading tools, recommendations, automation, personalization, intelligent user journeys, and internal productivity tools.
• Identify innovation opportunities across centralized and on-chain ecosystems, including AI, DeFi, and next-generation financial infrastructure.
• Scale the global product organization and establish roadmaps, governance, prioritization frameworks, and operating rhythms.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior product leader in global, high-growth environments.
• Strong background in crypto, fintech, trading platforms, financial services, or digital technology products.
• Experience leading product and growth functions and applying product-led growth strategies.
• Experience driving AI adoption in products or product organizations.
• Deep understanding of trading systems, financial products, digital asset markets, and complex multi-product platforms.
• Fluent English required; Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
