Manager, Corporate Strategy & Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)

Location: Fully in office in Denver, Colorado; relocation support is available for candidates moving to Denver. Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $130,000 base salary, plus a 15% annual bonus target and equity.

What you will do

• Support corporate development activities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and partnerships through modeling, negotiation, and decision-making.
• Prepare strategic financial reporting and lead ongoing forecasting to improve visibility into business performance and outlook.
• Own special projects and analyses end-to-end, turning ambiguous business questions into recommendations.
• Analyze financial and operational data across brands to explain variance drivers and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build cross-functional KPI dashboards and performance tracking across marketing, finance, operations, and development.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting while aligning departments with corporate strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, strategic finance, or corporate development.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, strategic recommendation development, and complex business modeling experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including financial models and dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, project management, organization, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to work fully in person in Denver and current authorization to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
