System Administrator (Kubernetes)

Location: Hybrid work from the Bogota office; participation in a 24x7x365 rotational on-call schedule may include weekend and after-hours support.

What you will do

• Administer, patch, troubleshoot, and monitor RHEL and Windows systems.
• Engineer and maintain server virtualization infrastructure with a focus on high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Use shell and Bash scripting to deliver virtualized resources consistently and securely.
• Deploy, secure, and maintain private and public cloud Kubernetes platforms, including network policies and RBAC controls.
• Provide scheduled on-call, after-hours, weekend, and customer escalation support.
• Create and maintain infrastructure documentation for current and new environments.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience administering, patching, and troubleshooting systems.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems on virtual and physical platforms.
• Understanding of NFS and CIFS storage protocols, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Operational experience creating, managing, and configuring Kubernetes clusters with tools such as kubectl.
• Experience managing VMware infrastructure, including vCenter, virtual machine deployment, data centers, clusters, hosts, networks, and datastores.
• Good communication skills in English and willingness to work in a 24x7x365 rotational environment are required.
