What you will do

• Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments, and enterprise systems to identify root causes.
• Design and integrate infrastructure solutions across hybrid-cloud and on-premises environments.
• Test, refine, and automate processes and workflows to improve reliability, efficiency, and repeatability.
• Assess risks and implement strategies to prevent service disruptions.
• Coordinate Architects, Project Managers, Technicians, customers, and other stakeholders through project delivery.
• Document architectures and procedures for hand-offs, knowledge sharing, and operational continuity.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in a specific technology domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
• Enterprise IT application experience.
• Hands-on experience in software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in the public-cloud AWS domain.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with a broad range of IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Knowledge of design techniques and tools for technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
• High attention to detail when evaluating alternative technical solutions.
