What you will do

• Manage systems data and provide day-to-day technical solutions for client environments.
• Administer Windows Server and VMware platforms.
• Manage public and private cloud environments, including on-premises-to-cloud migrations.
• Oversee assignment queues, prioritize tickets, and coordinate with technicians.
• Support security compliance and identify potential future platform issues.
• Recommend modernization options and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other teams.

Requirements

• Experience implementing and managing Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Experience with VMware ESX.
• Experience managing public and private cloud environments.
• Experience migrating solutions from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud.
• Customer-focused approach, growth mindset, and effective collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Automation experience, especially infrastructure as code for IaaS.
• Vulnerability management experience.
• Microsoft Active Directory and Federation Services experience.
