Staff Industrial Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead productivity, cost-saving, cycle-time, and material-usage improvement projects.
• Plan and analyze production capacity to meet volume demand and maximize plant utilization.
• Maintain industrial engineering databases and lead related system projects.
• Conduct time studies, define time standards, and drive continuous improvement using Lean concepts.
• Design production layouts, coordinate tool relocation and re-layout activities, and optimize material and process flow.
• Plan direct and indirect labor resources, validate automation performance, and collaborate with Production, QA, Process, and Automation teams on operational KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related engineering discipline.
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, collaboration, and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other analysis tools.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma.
