Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineering

What you will do

• Lead, supervise, coach, and train technicians.
• Coordinate and follow up on sputter-system activities from front end through back end, including process documentation.
• Audit sputter parameters, online SPC, and procedure conformance on a regular basis.
• Work with shift teams to sustain sputter processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Support sputter utilization, downtime, yield, and quality goals while performing work safely.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in physics, materials science, or an engineering field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing-related field, preferably semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to accuracy and precision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, technical report-writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
