EHS (Semiconductor)

Semiconductor company developing integrated power semiconductors and power delivery systems.

What you will do

• Develop and implement EHS policies, programs, and procedures covering workplace safety and emergency response.
• Conduct occupational environmental monitoring, including noise, industrial waste, and industrial wastewater.
• Identify workplace environmental, health, and safety hazards and perform risk assessments to mitigate them.
• Prepare EHS reports, track related data, and provide findings and recommendations.
• Deliver EHS training, maintain documentation and records, and promote employee safety awareness.
• Manage chemical safety, fire protection, laboratory safety, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 3+ years of EHS-related experience.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety and health principles and practices, including CNS 45001 or ISO 45001.
• Familiarity with Taiwan OSH regulations and reporting requirements.
• Strong execution, ownership, and accountability.
• EHS-related certifications, such as Safety Officer or Occupational Safety and Health Manager certifications.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor OSAT or chemical plant EHS operations.
