EHS Coordinator - TSMC NA (Semiconductor)

Location: Phoenix, AZ, United States; on-site safety coordination at the TSMC customer facility

Salary: $78,500–$108,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and assess the Safety Representative team and coordinate subcontractor safety representatives on site.
• Conduct daily safety walks, identify hazards, document corrective actions, and support toolbox safety meetings.
• Investigate incidents and operational learning events, prepare findings, and communicate safety issues to management and employees.
• Manage EHS compliance with US regulations, customer requirements, hirify.global policies, and site standards.
• Maintain incident, training, and action records using Gensuite and related case-management systems.
• Represent hirify.global in customer meetings, inspections, audits, and escalations involving EHS concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Sciences, or a related scientific or technical field.
• At least three years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety principles, regulations, and health standards.
• Strong verbal, written, communication, presentation, coaching, mentoring, and influencing skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to work at the Phoenix, AZ customer site and comply with US EHS and occupational health requirements.

Nice to have

• Compliance experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or field services environments.
• Experience working with international staff or team members.
• Knowledge of Human and Organizational Performance concepts.
• Experience working in multifunctional and dynamic environments.
