What you will do

• Serve as primary EHS contact for factory areas, providing daily floor support and real-time risk identification.
• Support new equipment installation and process changes through EHS reviews and Management of Change (MOC) participation.
• Lead hazard identification and risk assessments, including JSA/JHA and ergonomic reviews.
• Investigate EHS incidents and near misses using root cause analysis to define and verify effective corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and corporate EHS standards through internal audits and inspections.
• Deliver EHS training and coach staff on safe work practices and risk-based decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field (or extensive equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of EHS experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
• Familiarity with risk assessment tools, Job Safety Analysis, and work permitting.
• Work authorization in the US without sponsorship is required.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.

• Experience with Crane and Hoist operations.
• Experience with Powered Trucks training.
• Electrical Safety experience.
