Location: Hybrid position based at the Santa Monica, California home studio
Salary: $94,580β$174,988 annual base pay in the U.S.; incentive compensation may also be available but is not guaranteed.

What you will do
- Support the creation, development, execution, and full lifecycle delivery of production initiatives, projects, pathways, and plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, first-party organizations, and game development studios to track progress and align technical efforts.
- Identify delivery risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and break complex initiatives into phased deliverables.
- Lead strategic technology planning, analytics, process development, and recommendations across studios.
- Analyze the intersection of business needs and technology initiatives across games, infrastructure, and business operations.
- Present technical problems, strategic weaknesses, improvement areas, and business impact to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program management or similar experience.
- Deep experience across the software development lifecycle, from inception and design through QA and deployment.
- Experience with agile development practices and a variety of project management techniques.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Ability to navigate roadblocks, develop effective solutions, and communicate concisely.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams and development studios in the video game industry is valuable.
Nice to have
- Experience in game development or game publishing environments.
- Experience working with software engineering teams.
- Formal project management qualifications or accreditation.
- Familiarity with data protection laws and regulatory requirements.
