Senior Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Manage multiple technical programs across platform infrastructure, model pipelines, products, and company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Define program scope, dependencies, risks, milestones, and execution plans.
• Present roadmaps and solutions while guiding architecture, prioritization, and launch-schedule trade-offs.
• Establish escalation criteria and communication structures to prevent execution slowdowns.
• Identify information asymmetry and priority misalignment between distributed KR and US teams.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of computer science, system design, networking, and data structures.
• Experience as an engineer or product manager leading prioritization of complex technical challenges and cross-team execution.
• Ability to understand and structure dependencies and risks across models, products, and infrastructure.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and take initiative.
• Proactive problem-solving and effective stakeholder communication.
• Business-level Korean and English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in technology-based product development or operations.
