Client Success Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage the operational lifecycle of client relationships from onboarding through ongoing support and optimization.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and improve product adoption, service quality, retention, and expansion.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions, documentation, knowledge bases, and Client Success playbooks.
• Represent client needs internally and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and other cross-functional teams.
• Monitor client usage patterns and health scores to guide proactive operational and resourcing decisions.
• Ensure client activities and expansions align with regulatory and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Client Success or Account Management, including work with enterprise or fintech clients.
• Background in banking, digital banking, fintech, SaaS, or software.
• Hands-on experience working within Risk and Compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Experience managing international portfolios and collaborating across diverse global teams.
• Fluent English required; Mandarin and additional languages are considered a bonus.
