What you will do

- Manage client onboarding, setup, and technical implementation processes.
- Conduct customer training and create educational materials.
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends, ensure compliance, and develop strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in customer operations, client success, account management, fintech, or payment processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Intercom, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
- Ability to collaborate across different time zones and cultural contexts.
