Associate Programme Director (AI)

What you will do

• Oversee a portfolio of complex technology-led production programmes valued at up to €2M, ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery.
• Act as the primary client interface and advise senior stakeholders on delivery strategy, including the use of AI and CGI.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across multidisciplinary teams and resolve complex programme challenges.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, commercial performance, risk management, and portfolio-level planning.
• Define fixed-price and time-and-materials delivery approaches, including scoping, estimation, scheduling, and statements of work.
• Coach delivery teams and improve modern production pipelines, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering complex digital production programmes in technology-led environments.
• Strong experience with CGI, animation, real-time, or generative production workflows.
• Expert knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall programme and project management approaches.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, business metrics, commercial performance, and ROI.
• Strong senior- and executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring multidisciplinary teams and understanding emerging technologies, AI ethics, and modern production models.
