Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management for complex cross-squad and cross-organization initiatives.
• Establish structured kickoffs, goals, success metrics, operating models, and execution plans.
• Coordinate product, engineering, and design stakeholders while managing dependencies and alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Provide visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to support decision-making.
• Reduce operational overhead through coordination, tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience working with engineering teams on complex initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based systems or platforms, such as AWS.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams, including dependency and risk management.
