What you will do
- Own end-to-end program management for complex, cross-squad and cross-organization initiatives.
- Drive structured kickoffs, define goals and success metrics, and establish operating models for collaboration.
- Partner with product and engineering leadership to create plans and deliver against objectives.
- Coordinate product, engineering, design, and external teams while managing dependencies and alignment.
- Identify risks, remove blockers, maintain momentum, and provide visibility into progress and trade-offs.
- Reduce operational overhead through coordination, tracking, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience working with engineering teams on complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-based systems or platforms such as AWS.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams, including dependency and risk management; comfortable using AI tools for planning, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
