Global Programme Director (AI)

What you will do

• Lead medium-to-complex global programmes across multiple studios, functions, regions, and concurrent workstreams.
• Set programme vision and governance while managing risks, issues, dependencies, KPIs, reporting, and organisational change.
• Own account gross profit, revenue forecasting, scenario planning, corrective action plans, and strategic cost management.
• Lead senior client conversations on technology-enabled solutions and partner with senior leadership on proposals and solution packaging.
• Oversee resource scheduling, utilisation, pipeline planning, RACI frameworks, and accountability across account portfolios.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing programme teams across diverse disciplines and geographies.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading global programme delivery across large-scale, multi-studio account portfolios.
• Deep expertise in programme and project management, governance, risk management, delivery health, and stakeholder coordination.
• Advanced commercial expertise, including significant budgets, gross profit accountability, revenue forecasting, and executive financial reporting.
• Experience partnering with executive-level clients, managing escalations, and leading strategic conversations.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and enterprise-scale technology, people, and process transformation.
• Fluency with delivery management platforms, operational tools, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have

• Advertising or marketing industry experience.
• Familiarity with automation and AI platforms.
• Formal qualifications; equivalent professional experience is accepted.
