What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle including scope, schedule, budget, and risk for Agentic AI customer projects.
- Lead a delivery pod consisting of a Forward Deployed Engineer and an Agent Architect as a single accountable unit.
- Act as the primary delivery contact for customer project sponsors, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless transition from sales handoff to operations.
- Define and track deployment KPIs such as Time to Blueprint and Milestone On-Time Rate.
- Enforce documentation standards for Charters, Design Docs, and Runbooks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical project or program management for SaaS or enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience delivering CCaaS, UCaaS, conversational AI, or IVA/IVR platforms.
- Proficiency in software delivery methodologies including Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall.
- Strong skills in project planning tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Must be based in France.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering AI/ML, NLP, or LLM-based Agentic AI solutions.
- Background in professional services or consulting for enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/CSPO, or SAFe.
