Manager - Program Management (AI-Enabled Delivery)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery performance across assigned client programmes, including timelines, quality, budget, and risk mitigation.
• Lead offshore programme management teams across human and AI-assisted delivery pipelines.
• Partner with Client Services to establish aligned, predictable, and scalable programme execution.
• Reengineer workflows by identifying opportunities for automation, augmentation, resequencing, and AI-enabled delivery.
• Oversee revenue forecasting, delivery efficiency, budget adherence, and financial risk escalation.
• Build team capability and ensure AI agents are integrated into delivery as standard practice.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of senior project or programme management experience in an agency or scaled delivery environment.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream delivery across distributed teams.
• Strong operational and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working with or integrating AI-enabled tools into delivery workflows.
• Ability to lead teams where AI agents support delivery, including directing outputs, assessing quality, and correcting issues.
