Consultant, Business Technical Lead (RPA - Nationwide Financial)

Location: Hybrid in-office schedule in Columbus, Ohio, required on Mondays and Tuesdays

Salary: $108,000–$200,000 national range; expected starting range of $108,000–$162,000 annually

What you will do

• Analyze business processes, requirements, dependencies, and automation opportunities.
• Design, implement, deploy, operate, and support RPA solutions using NEVA, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess priorities, recommend solutions, and communicate process changes, defects, and results.
• Test automations, apply QA processes, resolve defects, and maintain solutions after implementation.
• Perform value stream mapping, ROI calculations, and data analysis to measure automation improvements.
• Contribute to RPA strategies, policies, plans, and technology-driven process improvements.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of RPA or related experience.
• Undergraduate studies in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field; graduate studies are preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of applying RPA to business problems, performance measurement, and process analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of workflow systems, macros, low-code automation, and online collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Outlook.
• Ability to work from the Columbus, Ohio office on Mondays and Tuesdays as part of the hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Exposure to T-SQL or PL/SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, C#, Java, or Visual Basic.
• Experience with Tableau, WebFOCUS, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or Netezza.
