Business Analytics Lead (Fintech)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA or Raleigh, NC, United States

Base salary: $91,000–$202,800 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead analytics processes across multiple functions and business units.
• Develop reporting, analytics, and dashboards for Corporate Responsibility Group data programs.
• Support reporting related to Community Reinvestment Act Modernization, Data Disclosures, and Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials.
• Determine optimal analytical approaches and develop, implement, and enhance analytical solutions.
• Analyze results and provide recommendations to business partners and senior management.
• Mentor junior employees and consultants on analytical tools, strategies, data quality, and solution development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, business analytics, business intelligence, consulting, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with data integration, performance metrics, qualitative research, and strategic planning.
• Preferred technical skills include Tableau or Power BI and SQL.
