Business Analytics Consultant - Risk Operations & Quantitative Strategy (Fintech)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Charlotte, NC; Cleveland, OH; Raleigh, NC; Houston, TX; or Denver, CO

Base salary: $63,750–$127,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage data, system, and configuration change requests through established governance processes.
• Maintain enterprise data assets through data creation, modification, deactivation, validation, and bulk processing.
• Conduct impact assessments and risk evaluations, identify downstream implications, and align stakeholders.
• Analyze and process data, build models and report templates, and develop dynamic data-driven solutions.
• Produce actionable reports, performance measures, and statistical metrics for business clients.
• Support platform operations, testing, issue resolution, change management, and Agile delivery initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, business analytics, consulting, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Experience with business intelligence, data integration, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work in an in-office setting at one of the listed U.S. locations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Tableau and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with predictive analytics, data marts, market research, qualitative research, or strategic planning.
