Business Analytics Consultant

What you will do

• Develop and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports for business monitoring and performance tracking.
• Analyze data, perform data integrity testing, and conduct regression checks to maintain reporting accuracy.
• Support ad hoc analytical requests and projects with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Gather, document, and track business requirements for project implementation and reporting enhancements.
• Work with data from multiple lending systems to understand business processes and reporting requirements.
• Identify data quality issues and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Experience with Tableau Desktop and SQL.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to analyze and process data, build and maintain models and report templates, and develop dynamic data-driven solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree and typically 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Must work in the Pittsburgh office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
