Senior Financial Analytics Professional (SQL/Excel)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $89,000–$121,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and own revenue projection models supporting the financial accrual process, valued at more than $5B.
• Analyze model results, financial variances, operational trends, and revenue drivers.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Build and improve analytical models and SQL processes using SQL and Excel.
• Support bids, budgets, forecasts, strategic planning, and evaluation of Medicare Advantage payment model updates.
• Support risk adjustment data submissions, operations, compliance, and revenue accuracy initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of technical experience in financial modeling using SQL and Excel, including pivot tables and analytical trend analysis.
• Experience writing SQL processes and developing and maintaining analytical models.
• Ability to explain variances and trends and improve modeling techniques.
• Experience evaluating moderately complex to complex data and business issues involving multiple variables.
• Strong collaboration, analytical, technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Financial or actuarial background.
• Databricks experience.
• Experience in Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment, or Stars.
