Talent Acquisition Partner (Semiconductor)

Location: Austin, TX; Pittsburgh, PA; or San Jose, CA, United States

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 per year, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Recruit specialized talent across semiconductor engineering, AI hardware, software, and corporate functions.
• Own recruiting coordination activities and manage assigned requisitions.
• Manage interview coordination, recruiting activity, and candidate pipelines in Greenhouse.
• Conduct phone screens and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Support new-hire onboarding, HR initiatives, recruiting process improvements, and employer branding.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of recruiting or HR experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Foundational knowledge of semiconductor organizations, engineering team structures, semiconductor development flow, and related roles.
• Experience recruiting specialized, hard-to-fill technical positions.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on candidate experience.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and coordination priorities in a fast-paced startup.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting onboarding or other People Operations activities.
• Recruiting experience for AI, computer architecture, ASIC/SoC, RTL, physical design, verification, compiler, or embedded software teams.
