Recruiter (Technology)

Location: Brooklyn, New York, United States

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting searches from kickoff through offer and close across executive, GTM, operations, facilities, engineering, product, finance, and other functions.
• Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, cold outreach, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with leaders and hiring managers to define needs, write job descriptions, develop search strategies, and provide proactive updates.
• Advise hiring managers and challenge assumptions by developing a strong understanding of the business and its teams.
• Create a clear, responsive, and relationship-focused candidate experience.
• Help employees and leaders generate referrals, expand networks, and build a company-wide culture of recruiting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally combining agency and in-house recruiting.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including operational, technical, and senior-level roles.
• Experience managing a high volume of competing searches while keeping candidates and hiring managers informed.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates through outbound recruiting.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and an ATS such as Greenhouse.
• Ability to stay organized, communicate proactively, influence stakeholders, and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
