Salary: $126,710.15–$190,065.22 per year, plus potential annual incentive and/or long-term incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Implement talent acquisition strategies and proactively source candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage the full applicant lifecycle, including sourcing, qualification, phone screening, offers, and onboarding.
• Plan and coordinate interview rounds, including interviewer briefs and debriefs.
• Use job advertising, direct sourcing, internal referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Build candidate relationships and deliver a consistent, high-quality interview experience.
• Develop career events, conferences, intern and apprentice programs, and recruiting improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience; human resources, organizational leadership, or business-related study is preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Strong sourcing skills, including proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience collaborating effectively with hiring managers, business leaders, peers, and HR.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
