Principal Product Analyst (Loyalty Solutions)

What you will do

• Analyze airline customer requirements, clarify business needs, and maintain visibility into backlogs, priorities, and business drivers.
• Translate product vision into detailed functional requirements, scalable solutions, product concepts, and feature definitions.
• Produce feasibility studies, solution overview documents, interface control documents, and product specifications.
• Validate product compliance, system integrity, delivered functionality, incidents, and customer-specific acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Product, Project, Development, Account, Implementation, Migration, and other stakeholder teams.
• Support long-term customer delivery, roadmap planning, governance, and continuous improvement within a dedicated Competency Center.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience and advanced knowledge in product management-related roles.
• Excellent analysis, functional design, documentation, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UML diagrams and experience with different testing tools.
• Experience with Postman and API testing is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business partners, customers, and technology teams.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• Experience guiding Product Definition Analysts or Business Analysts.
