TL;DR
Functional SME/Business Analyst (Auto Finance/Asset Finance Domain): Designing and implementing configurable asset-finance solutions, translating client and business requirements into user stories, and supporting delivery across product and engineering teams with an accent on auto finance, leasing, lending, and end-to-end client implementations. Focus on requirements workshops, backlog and acceptance-criteria management, data mapping, integration testing, UAT, and applying current finance regulations.
Location: Pune or Bangalore, India

What you will do
- Prioritize development initiatives and manage user-story backlogs for projects and features.
- Translate business and client requirements into clear user stories, product designs, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, QAs, DevOps, Architects, Scrum teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead client requirements-gathering, data-mapping, validation, reconciliation, system-integration testing, and UAT activities.
- Plan sprints and releases, review test plans, monitor delivery progress, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
- Support product presentations, client demos, presales activities, and implementation of Asset Finance solution modules.
Requirements
- 10–14 years of experience in product management, design, or software development for Auto, Leasing, Lending, Commercial Finance, Retail Finance, or Asset Finance.
- Experience with product management, software development lifecycle, release management, and change management.
- Experience with Agile delivery methods including Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe.
- Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems and application development, combined with strong business, technology, and analytical capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and across different organizational levels.
