Manager, AI Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Analyze business processes and facilitate discussions to define business and functional requirements.
• Identify and assess high-value AI opportunities, including business value, feasibility, risks, and adoption readiness.
• Create functional specifications, business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, experience journeys, and value maps.
• Manage change requests and ensure deliverables follow project governance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and partners to implement system enhancements.
• Provide end-user training, ongoing support, and engagement activities promoting AI adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in the life insurance industry, focused on business analysis or related roles.
• Strong business analysis skills in requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of AI, generative AI, automation, and agentic workflow concepts.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled use cases and measurable outcomes.
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile and Scrum software development methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI proofs of concept, pilots, or production implementations.
• Agile methodology or Scrum certification.
• Consulting firm experience.
• Knowledge of life insurance client operations and change management practices.
