What you will do
- Lead the unified intake and evaluation of automation requests from the Finance organization.
- Identify automation potential based on Finance strategic priorities to ensure delivery of targets.
- Collaborate with end users, architects, and local CFOs to align on technical solutioning.
- Coordinate with the Intelligent Automation delivery team to ensure implementation within agreed timelines.
- Translate business processes into automation flows using low-code or other fit-for-purpose technologies.
- Identify and support the implementation of AI candidates within the COO Finance organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business analysis and automation, preferably within Finance domains.
- Strong understanding of low-code platforms such as Alteryx, Power BI, Automation Anywhere, or OutSystems.
- Familiarity with governance models and strategic alignment processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for all levels, from end users to senior management.
- Agile mindset and experience working within cross-functional squads.
